Selecting Blocks in Schematics

Im trying to make an animation. And whenever you import schematics you can't select the blocks. So you have to go into your world break the blocks you need to be able to move. Then go into mineimator and replace those blocks with the blocks you add. And it takes freaken forever. So i wanted to know if there was a way to select blocks from schematics.

well David is planning to add a feature where you can move specific blocks on schematics in mine-imator without going through that hassle.

No, Unless you build it piece by piece in in the program itself you cant edit blocks separately.
