How to smooth bend parts

Hey everyone!

 

I've watched different Mine-imator videos and I noticed , some of them has those smooth bend with the arms(ikr!?!). How do you do it?

If your talking about round bending, just go into graphics and check that. If your talking about transitions then go into keyframes and select which one fits, they have different transitions depending on which one you have and you must put the transition on the keyframe before the place where the keyframe you want whatever to be.

It's the Round Bending option in the setting and on the Limbs
