Adding Moonlight

I recently posted a wallpaper I did in Mine-imator, and one of you guys (you know who you are), suggested that I add moonlight, which I think you can only create with light source in all directions object.

But I need a good hex color for this one. If anyone has good hex colors they use for anything, I want recommendations, please?

If you go on Google and search hex colors, you'll find a variety of colors. A lightish blue is a nice color.
