Can't Open Mine-Imator

My Windows 10 Dell laptop is not opening Mine-Imator at all. I've had this problem every once in awhile where it won't open, but if I try again it will. But this is no longer the case. Every time I try to run Mine-Imator It crashes before loading anything on-screen. Here's the log:

Delete the "settings" file in your mine-imator "Data" folder.

OK last solution:

- back up your projects

- Remove Mine-imator

- delete the mine-imator folder (if it remains after uninstallation)

- Redownload the installer version

- Install to C:/

i think i know the solution

try using MI in the administrator user, maybe you have to run it as an administrator to make it work
