How do I copy and paste rigs from another project to the other project

Hello I need help like copying rigs to the other project with other rigs if you don't know what I mean I mean that 2 rigs in the same project so please help.

That's what the import asset is.

Just select your object, save at AS a object. (Click on floppy disk)

Once you've done that just import in your project.
