Cylinder Issue

Hi,
Sorry if the problem has still been explained in the forum (I didn't found it..) but I've got pb with opened cylinders.
I would like to create a sort of pipe and a part of the graphic is hidden. Is there a parameter for this or is it a graphic card pb?
