How to make .keyframe files?

Hello, I dont know how complicated this may be but I want to know how to make .keyframe files. If someone can help me with that i would be very thankful. Because I want to turn this run cycle into a .keyframe in a folder. Can someone tell me how to do this?

If I'm not mistaken (which I think I very well am), you select the keyframes you want, and hit the floppy disk next to the delete button.
