Hello,

When I launch my MI it instantly gives me the pop-up "Mine-Imator has stopped working" etc.

It might not have installed correctly after you did the factory reset. If that's the case, try uninstalling it, and installing it again, but this time looking over everything carefully, making sure it's installing right.
