crash Crashing Every 5 minute

It just keep crashing every 5 minute! and every thing is unsaved!!!  N ow i have to do everything again and again and again and again and again because it keep on crashing before i save the project ! Please, fix it. I dont want to d\make the same photo for hundred of times because it keep crashing.

I just keep hitting the save button every 5 seconds too keep it constantly saved, but the crashes are annoying as heck.
