I Cannot Start Mine-Imator At All

Today I installed Mine-Imator 1.0.0,and started it.Then this happened: (Below).  I have reinstalled it many times,tried the .zip version,installed it to other directories,re downloaded it many times, and yet it still isn't working. Anyone know the cause of this and how I can fix it?

Try putting this in the same folder as Mine-imator.exe: http://www.stuffbydavid.com/dl/msvcp110.dll

Just out of curiosity, does it still work after moving the two files into the "Other" folder?

Just Moved them to Other ,and it brings up the missing file message again.

David help. I have both files yet this message keeps popping up, and it's about that directx thing:

I'm sorry if this problem is already solved, but just leave a download link or something for me please? P.s its Mineimator 1.0.1 and my laptop is running Windows 10, with directx 12.
