You just only click export as picture and choose 4K or 2K size. That finish, sir.

If your monitor support 4k, then just play Minecraft in full-screen and just capture the image, but if your monitor not support 4k resolution then you have to goto NVDIA setting (on your Control Panel) goto Display>Charge resolution>Customize...>Create Custom Resolution then, Put 4k resolution size and click Test

 

PS. This is highly NOT recommend if you didn't have 4k support monitor so... you might have think about that before you go for it because, that CAN actually kill your PC .
