I like how you can move things in mine-imator, it's easy and simple, but what if you could move thing with your mouse aswell? i just think it will make moving and positioning alot faster

Example:

i need to move a character from one side of the scenery to the other

instead of drasgging and moving your camera or typing a random number into one of the position values

you could just click on your character and drag it there.

yeah! and you can change from left clicking (moves it on the x and z axis) to the right clicking (moves it on the y axis)

maybe like free-style mode and axis mode

freestyle mode - you can move it everywhere

axis mode - you can choose the axis you want to move it on

The problem is that you need to work with a 2d tool (mouse) in a 3d space (world with Characters) and the few times i tried the free drag function in Blender it worked really poorly.

in UE4 you can, and it's quite useful.

it also snaps the object to the ground or other object if there is one.
