Okey, so, that's just a project, but i want to make it.The action take place near a waterfall. Dovakhiin is running away from 3 bandits:1 bow, 1 sword, one mace. They are slower, but still quite fast. Dragonborn plants some magic fire runes (something like mines of tamriel), and , right before the waterfall, he's looking down, and uses a full Fus Ro Dah shout, which lifts him up into the sky. after a  few flips there's an epic landing with a roll and standing in some epic pose, fire runes are blowing up,and bandits fly high in the sky.

Is Something like this even possible in mine-imator?

It's all possible. However, if you want the Fus Ro Dah to be visible, you will need a little bit of video editing. Also, make sure to use Mineimator 1.0.0:

Sure is, just with some effort. For the Fus Ro Dah, you could probably use particle effects, rather than the above mentioned video editing. Of course you're gonna need to edit the sounds in, but other than that it should all be possible with Mine-Imator 1.0.0 Demo 5
