Like in mine-imator when you make/download a rig ,instead of having extra items in your thing just have em all on the character so when you make a keyframe for the character it will look like this

I don't think the program will detect if you have a rig or not.  sorry, but i do not think it is possible.

possibly, this would be good, but then david would have to add "Export as rig" and "import rig".
