Mine-imator can't open JPG?

Hey guys, Ocelot.

Lately I've noticed that Mine-imator can't seem to open .jpg files.

When I try to add one, I get told that it was 'made with a newer version.'

It's been quite a hinderance to me, and I wondered if .jpg support is going to be added or if this is a glitch?

I know, but by doing so I lose image quality and time. It's just a setback that annoys me.

 

It doesn't waste time, unless 5 seconds is far too much time. Nevertheless, it can't be used because the textures wouldn't look right and would have tear in the edges.

I guess it's because jpg can't have transparency
