It looks like you're getting good feedback on your videos telling you what to do in order to improve, and it's cool that you're tackling these action scenarios but your animation is quite stiff and has no realism (or cartoony flair, depending on what you're going for).

 

It seems that you're focusing too much on the response/amount of response you get for your work, rather than continuing to work and improve. If you dwell too much on what's already been done then you're not focusing on what you're going to do next, and your animations are likely going to suffer as a result.
