Hey guys, I saw this topic a long time ago and that guy doesn't tell us how he made it.

 

So I created this topic for people who know how he did it tell us how to do it ourselves, and for the other pieces of armor so everyone can make them in their animations.

Im not the guy who made that armor but i can tell you how it was made.

You can animate Steve, clone him, change the skin to a diamond armor one and increase the scale to make it appear on top of him.

I would import a schematic of the armor and scale it to fit on him then lock it to steve's head/body/legs/feet

Exept you don't have pure white blocks, even wool and snow have some differences.

Yeah I guess.

I found this for all armor except the legs : http://www.minecraftskins.com/skin/657288/simiple-armor/

All you have to do is put all you don't want to Alpha 0%
