A few rig notes (read this before animating with this rig)

If you want to animate the legs, do the following. To rotate the legs, rotate the human's legs. To bend the legs, bend the Enderdragon's legs.

 
The tail is very complicated and is very hard to animate. some parts of the tail are the spine, some are the actual tail. only animate the tail.
