Ability to copy things attached to parents

the ability to copy parents and any thing attached to them would make it so much easier to make a scene that has a lot of characters so you wouldn't have to make a new rig every time

This already exists. Simply duplicate the item attached to the parent, and lock it to another item or person. However, if you mean multiple rigs being used, this is where problems arise. There isn't an easier way to do this other than load the rig twice and parent twice over. Though I like the idea of duplicating a parent with all it's children entities.
