Taking Rig Requests

So.....I'm taking rig requests. Not Schematics, Not Textures, rigs. anyway I might use some custom textures and schematics but not a whole schematic or texture. I can't rig skins with custom faces, but I might just try.

Actually, it looks easy, but what is the blue things connected to your skin? If you'd like anything extra, please ask, but because of the eyes you will have to make due with 2D eyes.
