Why is "my" face white?

Because the white is acting as a hat, you need to remove the white in an image editor.

Use an image editor which cn handle transparency (NOT MS Paint) and delete the white areas and save the file as a .PNG file

That image has the transparency, the one you showed in mini-mator at topic start had white areas. If it was transparent in mine-imator, it would be grey behind the preview box in the bottom right corner such as this:

this picture is the same, that I used in my 2nd and 3rd pictures (I changed my skin file on the offical site for these print screens).

I tried again, tried to change something in photoshop... The same problem

When I opened your original skin in Mineimator, I got the same problem. I opened it in Paint.Net and it was transparent. Just in case, I decided to resave it and I was looking at the settings, for saving and I clicked 24 bit and the preview showed a white in the back, I stuck with my normal 32 bit and saved it, opened in Mineimator and voila.

 

Hopefully it works for you too.
