Help for a Friend

Ok so my friend MinecraftFunkyZ, has an account here but the problem is that

he doesn't have a Write new Topic button, instead he has a "You cannot post" message.

He cannot comment posts either and cant even join the chat.

I find this very weird, what is wrong with his account?

He has no negative reputation points by the way.

 

Please tell me how I could resolve this problem. Thanks

I manually validated him for you, he should now be able to log in. Perhaps there was an issue with receiving the validation email?
