You may be wondering what [s14087] means. Well, it's a tag that I made to signal that this topic is the collection of Spartan14087's (my) animations. I don't want to flood the forums with animations scattered on different topics. I got this habit from another forum.

P.S. Some weird bug makes spoilers and embedded YouTube video wacko sometimes, so I'll only embed the featured animation, and post links for the others. For the older animations, copy/paste the URL attachment onto www.youtube.com/, after the slash.

Hey guys, I am loving this program so far! It's a lot simpler to set up scenes and animate than other programs such as Blender (though I do favor it for custom models and lighting :( which is yet to come in Mine-imator)

Here are some animations that I have made, they are listed from bottom being the oldest and the top being the most recent.

FEATURED - Sticky Arrows and Mr. Porkupine: A Minecraft Short

My first attempt at a comedic short, and I think that it's pretty good. It's also my first really dedicated project, summing up a total of 14 hours of work!

Assassin's Creed 3 Fight (unpolished animation. Priority = character focus)

I mainly tried to focus on a protagonist fighting multiple guys at once, without taking one out then re-focusing on another. Kind of like a video game combo :)

Please provide constructive criticism on things I didn't already touch on (such as background scenery).

where did u get the sounds??

I record them from gameplay footage (in this case, Halo CE Aniversary)

Can you link me the videos? For some reason whenever I click on show, it doesn't show anything. =/

Here are the links. http://youtu.be/bl-WXE5EaPs for the first, and http://youtu.be/7vaGF7UhoJE for the second.

You'll need to copy and paste them into your browser URL thing, however.

Hey call me am old grouch but could you change the cursive font in the first post, kind of strains the eyes to read.

And on a positive note great animations. Try adding some background scenery to give it a better feel of location

Thanks for informing me, I increased the size of that font.

And thanks for the tip, I'll try to add more scenery (like forests and stuff) to my animations!

You can place custom lights, change colors, change intensity, parent to object. In reply to your opening post. Check out my lighting tutorial in the mine imator playlist on my channel

I'll be sure to check it out! However, the parent to object for this scene was quite difficult to do because I had to change the Iron Axe' parent from Connor's torso, to his right arm, to the guard's head. It's not implemented yet, so I had to make multiple instances of it to get it to work. If it was all slow motion, it would look obvious to the viewer.

Made no sense, but very enjoyable. good job!

What didn't make sense? Steve crafted a sticky arrow (slime instead of flint) and then it fell and stuck onto the pig's leg. Then steve stuck a whole bunch on it's back, calling it Mr. Porkupine. I do think it was to fast to follow, though.

Great job again on the Arrow comedy short. I'm impressed with your camera controls and the smooth movements you give the characters.

Thanks, my secret is setting all my keyframes to "Ease in and Out" transition so it doesn't look choppy.

*It's like setting /cam sp  mode (to make the keyframes smooth) on that old yet famous mod, Camera Studio.
