[Pokecube] Ralts Rig by Phun9837

Hey Guys!

This is my Ralts Rig made for BOOMmaker's Pokecube project.

As Gen 3 is my favourite and Gardevoir is my favourite psychic type, I thought I could start with Ralts (Kirlia and Gardevoir coming soon).
