How to ask someone out:
Walk behind them really quietly, then quickly jump kick them in the back of the head (make sure you're alone).
Quickly run off, and while they're on the floor run make and comfort them. Make up a story and claim some guy kicked him/her in the back of the head, and that you'll take them somewhere to help.
You'll be seen as a comforting guy/gal who helped them when they really needed it - It's a solid plan as long as you don't get caught, and could be the start of something great!
