That's the point, It's my current skin, which is of Clementine from The Walking Dead. So I made the character scale 0.700.

I think it'd be nice to be able to bend the torso, like you can have it bend half-way. So you can have more realistic rolls, stuff like that. David, if you read this. Can you please add this to 0.7 or some future update?

It is a prop in the game, literaly a metal ring, like a hoop shape. You see it in-game falling from the sky when GLaDOS explodes at the end of Portal. One of the main devs wanted it to become a meme, but the Companion Cube and the Cake became memes instead. To the Dev's dissapointment.
