-Appearance: I dunno, like Einstein, I guess.

-Equipment (Items that are permanently on your character): Toolbox with everything you would expect.

(Optional) Brief backstory: Used to run a repair shop, until he sold it to his son, who was also a mechanic, to work with Charles.

*The ship enters the star's gravitational jets. It shakes about violently, due to gravitational strain.*

Tom: Now, whatever we do, DO NOT disengage the FSD.

Tom: If you say so. We just need to make sure that we don't end up like this Commander: 

*The ship jumps out of hyperspace. It arrives at a neutron star.*

Tom: This is a neutron star. If I travel into its jets, I can supercharge the FSD. That means we can go to thurther star systems in a single jump. Risky but rewarding. What do you say?
