didn't i told you that hahahaha, sorry you have to go to all this because of that, just place the light exactly where the torch flame is and lower the light percent to light up only a small area for more advance torch lights you could mix different color of lights with different percentage, the best is red,orange and white keep the white low percentage, and you can use the flame block as the torches flames to make it more realistic just make it small in the scale option and place it at the head of the torch walla you have your realistic torch, also mess around with the custom lighting in the bacground area like making the map dark to make it more realistic, hoped it helped,,

greate for a newbie,,, but i'll suggest using lens flare in photoshop directly on the torch to give it more emphasis that the light is from there, *can't seem to load the first pic* and the first one is better
