    I think you should just select everything and copy it, then hit the back button, go back and paste it. This hasn't happened to me yet, but this should help you from loosing work.

    You just open the .rar file with 7zip, WinRar, etc, and then drag out the file.

    That isn't that accurate. Once is said 34 or so seconds, but it was a minute when I rendered it.
