    Thx i use gradient bars for the sun rays on the up layer , set the secondary color into alpha 0% , and set primary color into yellow , add layer properties , change it into color Dodge , then i use again fragment blurs effect , ctrl+shift+z , and finally , rotate it into right place ​ yep just realized thx btw
