Mine- imator Broken

Hi I just got Mine-imator a few days ago and for some reason it won't open my projects properly. Can someone explain whats wrong?

well when I open a project and when it's done loading it just opens the open project window and says project saved.

Tried reinstalling or deleting the settings file?
