Skin makers ?

Hey!

I'm searching for skin maker, someone who can make a skin for me.. 

I would love my skin to look like:

- darkest blue pants
- maybe orange shirt(t-shirt)
- brown or very dark brown hair
- No headphones,creeper shirts or stuff like that 
-Simple skin, not shaded too much
