Why does this happen when I try to scale something? It used to scale "smoothly" yesterday, and now it randomly started to scale like this

It might be some setting I changed, I started using mine-imator a few days ago and I'm not really an expert

u are using snapping change the values to .00025 (snapping - magnet like icon)
