Well it's not, it's still a rig, how would it be a wallpaper? Maybe he's just showcasing it and he want's the other stages as well.

Here you can post animation files containing rigs or similar setups, that are meant to extend the functionality of Mine-imator.

^David's ruling on the Rigs section. He can showcase, but that'd just be wallpaper/art. It's not written what else but it pretty much sums it up, does it not? I'm moving this for now. You can drop me a PM or report the topic if you'd like it moved back to rigs, once it has a download.
