I am trying to make a rig for my next big project but when i made my custom item textures,THE INVISIBLE PART OF THE TEXTURE COMES OUT BLACK!!!!!!!

This has also happend to some of the skins i try to use

Using paint.NET Right? Try using somethings else like GIMP 2.8 or photoshop

I see, There nothing wrong with mine-imator and Paint.NET has a new update to fix the Black thing.

instead of using a pdn file try to change it to jpg or png

It has transparency for me.
