tell me what could be improved?

1. Lighting: The torches should produce a more bright yellow / orange color, and the range lowered down a bit, and some of the shadows are to dark.

Edit: Also put a full light to make those shadows less stronger.

2. Posing: Uh... i don't know how to explain this... The poses are to, stiff.
