The rendering button doesn't work

Hello !

I can't render some projects in images or videos, especially the "heavy" ones in any of the video qualities and options offered.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted the data file... Nothing works.

When I click on the "Save" ("Enregistrer") button, nothing happens...

What do you mean by nothing happens?

when you export it as an animation, it will bring up a screen showing the rendering progress and the current frame being rendered.

if you render a single frame, you should wait a few seconds and a yellow notification will pop up on the top that says “image saved”

does mi crash or freeze when you try to do so? Try waiting.

Thank you for answering me.

By nothing happens, I mean that the rendering window doesn't appear even though I click on the button.

I tried to wait more than an hour for a 15 seconds animation rendering, still no rendering window appears and nothing happens.
