Talking

I really like to make animations with actual talking in them,but i have to move all my characters mouths around and it takes forever with all of the rigs i have seen including mine. So i was wondering if there was a way to easily make people talk.

Not without a program like After Effects Pro.  There are online tools to auto lip-sync, but they usually cost money and/or are plugins that have to downloaded and put into After Effects.  Good luck in case you decide to look for one.
