Ever since I updated to windows 10, at first it worked for like 5 startups but then suddenly it did not allow me to open it at all.

That's strange. I use Windows 10, and it works just fine for me, so I don't know what to do about that.

Of course.. I even reinstalled it but nothing, it still hits me with a runtime error
