Mine-Imator Not Letting me use it

Guys, I need help. Whenever I open up an animation, this appears:

This happens everytime I open up an animation. I don't press any buttons at all! Help please.

The most recent version (Full version 1.0.4).

Edit: I realized It's now outdated. I backed up my projects and uninstalled. I am reinstalling right now.

Open a backup file of a project. If that doesn't work then navigate to C:\Users\YourUsername\Mine-imator\Data and delete settings.file
