.object files?

Hello everybody, I have been needing to save an object into a .object file so I can use it for other animations.

I do not no how to do this, so if anybody can help me, it would help me out a BUNCH!!!

Please help me, I made a rig that took several days and I don't want it to go to waste

Select your rig, then search on the left bar (I think it was the left bar) for a floppy disc icon.

What does the floppy disc icon look like? And what do I do once I find it?
