Techsmith... Is that sopost to come WITH my computer, or is it downloadable (are codecs even DOWNLOADABLE)? And what is Camtasia?

Camtasia is a videoeditor/recording program. When you download it, it will ask if you want to install its codec that comes with it. It think its called the 'lossless codec'.

And yes codecs are downloadable, But you need to install them.
