DirectX End-User Runtime error

When I installed the newest version of Mine-imator it says when I open the program that I don't have DirectX End-User Runtime or it was out dated. So I installed it and when I opened Mine-imator I got the error again. I don't know what to do. Help!

unninstall mine-imator and directx, then re-install mine imator only, the error will appear, mine imator installer should ask you if you want to dowload directx, you'll click yes, sowload and install directx from the link that mine imator gave to you, that's all, it worked for me.

I did that and it didnt work.
