 Every single time, whenever I try to make an animation OR a picture, it crashes!!

And every time I lose everything that I have been trying so hard to make.

 Please fix this, because until this is fixed I think that it might actually be worth it spending a few hours using blender instead of seeing all your work disappear in front of your eyes.
