Weapons Rig

Hey, I have a question for some people. Does anyone know how to make a weapons rig or know where to get one? I need better weapons other than just the ordinary minecraft ones. 1 of these or more would be greatly appreciated. The list is below:

Medevil Weapons/Shields

Or guns of any type.
