DISCLAIMER: I think this only works for people who are having the problem on a 64 bit system

Step 1. Go to this link to download the latest version of microsoft c++: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

Step 2. Download the x86 version

Step 3. Install the x86 version

Step 4. Test mine-imator to see if it worked. If it didn't then I don't know because it worked for me.
