from what I've heard, and experienced, the startup of Mine Imator 1.0.0 on up, are very hit, and miss as to whether it will work, or not.

what I do when this happens: keep reopening it until it finally works.

I'm not sure if this is the case with yours, but it should be the same with windows 10.
