Slow flying

I want it so that i can make the flying slower than holding shift while flying. When i was doing my mine-imator scene on gangnam style it took me a long hard time to make the camera position like this picture below. Can you please make it slower or make a slower-button setting?

I can't think what you could do but I think you can easy use "Windows live movie maker" and slow down the speed of the video in the being part. Look up some tutorials.
