Please Help!

Hello, I am new to Mine-imator, and just finished my first animation today. I finished rendering the eight-second clip (just a test), but when I viewed it, it was very uneven and jumpy, even though the in-program preview seemed fine. I would like to know why this is, and how, if possible, to fix it.
