textures Animated Textures? Items? Yeah!

So I've been using mine imator for a long time now, Using 1.0.0 now and I kinda though, what if I want realistic eating? Like the texture would change of, for example a carrot, that it would be biten and pixels disappering, can u do that in some way? like animate so the texture change/delete pixels.  I hope I can get some  help! There's a texture tab for an item, you can change textures within keyframes.

Not for Items, though. For Items, you'll have to get experimental with other textures.  *Hint Hint, Nudge Nudge*
